How long is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is 1-3 working days within Sweden. At peak times or heavy loads it may take an extra day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is sent.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard), Swish and Klarna (invoice, installment and direct payment). All payments are made securely via our payment service provider.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service before sending anything back.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can click on the link in the email to follow your delivery in real time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over 499 kr. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be added and displayed at checkout.
